Dear gamescom and gamescomCamp friends,

for the second time now – from 18th August to 22th August 2010 – the gamescom will take place at the premises of the “koelnmesse“. While at the fairground everything centers on interactive entertainment, once again the gamescomCamp will arise, only a couple of meters away right at Cologne’s “Jugendpark“. Last year already numerous gamers could enjoy the familiar atmosphere at the camp, either at the chummy campfire in the evenings or at the many activities during the day – our guests realised fast that the gamescomCamp is not only a low priced alternative to the expensive hotels during the exhibition days but also a green oasis for recreation and retreat where one can swap ideas with like-minded gamers. The gamescomCamp is situated right next to the river “Rhine“ but still in walking distance to the fairground and the the train station "Köln Messe/Deutz".
